what do you mean by "centre"
also there are anchors and CenterContainer if you want to center controls like your video https://docs.godotengine.org/en/stable/tutorials/ui/size_and_anchors.html

I mean that the video in the game itself would be placed in the center of the screen

also if you want to go fullscreen there are settings in project settings -> display -> window that can help you
