Hey everyone,
We are a team of three people working on a commercial platformer/metroidvania style game. We need a godot programmer as well as an animator to be a part of our team and work with us.
Remember, beginners are preferred, though not fresh-starters because this is a commercial release...
Thanks!
Oh, it is a revshare and the project will be shared on Steam, Switch, Play and App Store, etc., btw.

Still looking for a programmer
So, if you don't mind, why a beginner programmer? That label certainly applies to me, but why is your project looking for a newbie? Are there other programmers on the team?
I'd also also also like to know why the project is specifically looking for beginners. Same with Brilliant I am a beginner, but it is confusing as to why you might be looking for beginners to work on a project planned for commercial release.
"we are looking for unpaid work, can be low quality, but must be at least usable!"
Well, @white spruce [quite like the username] and @devout shuttle ,
There is no particular reason for choosing a beginner programmer.
It is just that over the years, me and my team have found it easier to work with beginner programmer and also we can help them learn whilst they work on a commercial release.
And btw, who said a beginner can't make a commercial release?
Yeah, team has one artist, one music composer and one programmer [me] but we plan to have another programmer and an animator too....
Still looking for a client
Oh wait it’s revshare…
Hi @polar drift
Hmmm, are you guys still looking for a beginner Godot programmer?
You looking for 3D or 2D animation? My guess is 2D?
Yeah, 2d pixel art animator
Sorry, but yeah we've got one, the animator position is still open though...
I should probably change the title
Hi @polar drift , all good
Well, that was an important detail that should have been on the OP. I do both 2D and 3D animation, but I never did pixel animation. If not for that, I would tick both the programmer and animator boxes.
