Responsiblities:

  • Transfer the art direction from documents into the game engine, by utilizing existing assets/models, and creating.

  • Create a group of templates, that provide the different looks for the game (scenes/prefabs).

  • Create any shaders you need along the way/modify existing shaders

  • Establish a standard pipeline to follow for creating new levels that give the same visuals, so when a level designer makes a level, they just "follow the steps" and they get a level that fits the target game look, and is consistent with the other levels

  • Create an asset pipeline, so that, when we import models/assets we compare them with a "check list" and if they fit the checklist then they are safe to include in the project, if not they need modifications before we can include them and so on.

tldr;
i need a tech artist in godot 4.x to help me establish the look of the game in game-engine, in other words a few levels/scenes that i can use as templates that have the proper look that i can reuse to create the game.
