yeah that's what I'm assuming. because people curse all the time. It must have been in a lewd context not in just regular cursing

It depends on context. Most of the time odd words are ignored, but if its repeated or excessive then you may get asked to stop. Most of the time formal action will not be taken until after an informal warning but if the whole channel is breaking the rules and we are trying to work out what happened or dealing with a situation then yes something like that could earn a timeout while we are handling issues etc.
