Oh just saw you wrote this is supposed to be in Unreal Engine? If you’re not considering Godot then why post here? ^^;
Your post looks good and well-written, though, at least!
I have some questions now, but I’d prefer to talk them over in DMs if that’s okay
yes
wow it sounds like a truly innovative experience, with never before seen social dynamics, mesmerizing visuals, and an immersive storyline.

i haven't included the storyline cause the post size already too large
will provide references code semi-constructed code for concepts they'll work so solid understanding would suffices
I don't want to hate on any project.
Running a project can be a great learning experience even if its certain that it wont succeed.
I will leave this well meant advice though. Reduce your scope by ALOT.
Many, many beginner projects before were sandbox groundbreaking mmorpgs with unique mechanics, and not a single one ever was a success.
It dosent mean all projects are bound to fail but at the same time sometimes you don't need to tipple check if fire is hot.
Right now you have (hopefully) AI generated game mechanics like "unique Spellcasting featuring a mana bar that allows players to cast spells while they have mana" and (again hopefully) AI generated visuals that dont match what your text describes at all.
What your describing here is something the biggest studios full of the most talented people in the industry backed by literal billions of dollars would struggle to do in half a decade.
Just for fun compare your project to most successfull anime "mmo" genshin Impact. That game is much much simpler, no groundbreaking visuals or story, no never before seen social dynamics, no industry defining pvpve featuring guilds etc etc etc.
that game had a funding of 700.000.000+ dollars with an already established studio so creating that from scratch would add quite a bit of dev time and cost. And that game, which isnt even a true mmo to be honest, is a massive success compared to other mmorpg projects.
im sure your code references are great, but are they really a billion dollar level of great?
well, i get your point i my self am thinking to scale down the project to start, and move little slower just getting the core mechanics done which i can code my self with some of the key system implemented while leaving all the grand stuff on hold.
will take this post down( after a few hours ) refine the project details in easy to read form and start from there and see where it goes!
