Hey there, I recently started learning game dev in Godot to create a game-based education program for kids. I have experience in game design, but I'm a programming beginner, so I'm just finishing a course in how to use Godot and getting ready to start working on my first game! I share my progress in devlogs. Here's the first one about why and how I started with Godot: https://youtu.be/bfZysuB5iYQ

It only took me 3 months to choose a game engine and learn how to use it.

That's crazy, I just saw that video on my feed. I guess I know which one you picked now!

New progress: I challenged myself to make a simple game from start to finish. I made a video to document what I did: https://youtu.be/JJWfE-ITd7E

I challenged myself to create my first tiny game in the Godot engine. How did it go? Surprisingly well.

Thanks to my friend Colin (https://colinbellino.com), who helps me when I'm hopelessly stuck.

Also, huge kudos to the @Gdquest folks. I couldn't do this without their tutorials...
