I like browsing the job-board (we all have hobbies) and I've noticed a considerable amount of 0 information job offers on it and posts that will describe the game without any information on the job itself. This is bad not even just for people searching for jobs and people creating genuine offers even if it is revshare, its bad for the people making the offers too. It is far more common to use it as a platform to pitch your project than the offer.
I believe it would be far more productive if we required formatting in the title. I believe the ideal system would be something like [Payment-Type] [Skill-Required] [Project-Title] but I don't particularly care about the formatting itself, I just feel this would be beneficial for all parties involved from what I've seen
To be clear, this isn't an attack on rev-share or volunteer projects. This is just a method to ensure everyone finds what they're looking for. I don't believe this will dramatically alter rates at which these positions are accepted, people aren't going to suddenly fall in love with your project and volunteer when they're simply looking for revshare or payment. And if someone's willing to volunteer a volunteer label is not going to drive them away
