You crashed on a planet, and guess what?
There are aliens everywhere!
Try collect scrap and fix your spaceship and get out of there!
There are a variety of guns and monsters!
Jump into this action packed game all for free!
There are differenet planets with different environments to explore!
I played for a short while. Took me a moment to realise you have to hold the e key to open the crate. Beyond that, I found the aliens rather tough, because there are so many of them and they are much more mobile than you. Apart from that I can see this being entertaining for a moment! Good job!
Thanks!
Concept is quite interesting, altho, the game itself is quite short, nice job tho!
Thanks! Im curious about wether u finished it or not
And how much approximately it took u
It is meant to be a fun lil game as i developed it in a short time period
And again thanks!
Maybe ill make a full game in the future who knows 😆
It took me like 3-4 tries to finish it.
I see yh thats the average 😆
Any comments or suggestions
Be harsh pls
Thats the only way
To learn
Is there smth specific annoying or u would like to see changed. Art gameplay sound settings
It's something minor but camera should stop at the edges of the world.
I see. good point 👉
Also i think the player sprites could be improved, since it kinda sticks out like a sore thumb compared to everything else.
Hehe guess why
like i can assume that you drew the player sprites yourself? and the rest of the art assets are from other sources.
And i think the enemy variety between planets could do some work, since the planets feel kinda samey.
Yeah i see what u talkin about.
Rate it as if its a jam game
Art
Gameplay
Experience
I will just say this,
Most of the art blends well together, but the players kinda sticks out like a sore thumb.
Gameplay is soild for a game jam title.
And to be honest, The Experience was nice as well.
I'm not good at describing things, sorry.
I think we could contiune the conversation in the dms
Thank you for all ur feedback!
You're welcome!
My game is in a video! @here
Welcome to another episode of "This Week in Godot" where we take a look at the interesting, the awesome, and the weird things being developed this week in the Godot Engine. (Godot 3.5 and Godot 4 beta)
Whether 2D games or 3D games, these projects are showing what Godot is capable of producing by indie game developers and game development studio...
Its number 4!
Congrats
You should work on more consistent pixel density. Some of your sprites have more pixels in the same amount of space than others. Also, you should prioritise what sprites should be detailed and shouldnt be. Generally you want important objects to be more detailed to make the player attracted to them. Alternatively, you can add outlines to objects you can interact with
