Add a Realism mode - the name Nightmare is already taken, so you can use "Realism" or any other name.
For players who are mainly interested in experience, account progression, and character skills, the current modes will remain. My suggestion is not aimed at changing existing modes, only at adding a new one. No other modes will be affected

  • Disable: perks, levels, item collection for experience, account experience

  • Disable the store for this mode

  • Remove starting weapons

  • Remove items: adrenaline, boots, backpack, body armor

  • Make the ammo box and rescue kit static objects on the map, from which players can collect items

  • You can carry one of each utility item: health kit, bandage, phalanx pill

  • Limit the number of items on the map

  • Reduce inventory capacity

  • Remove batteries

  • The flashlight does not drain

  • Default lighter instead of flashlight

  • Reduce melee attack range
If new mechanics are added in the future, they can also be included in this mode, namely:

  • Disable permanent death, allow players to create and customize their character

  • Stamina: The total weight of items in the inventory affects stamina and movement speed.
Stamina recovery time has been increased

  • Add Diegetic UI https://discord.com/channels/211900829307895819/1434314234572967987

  • Add Friendly Fire

  • Add Bleeding

  • Improve firearms, making damage more realistic
The goal is to achieve realism not only in terms of difficulty but also in immersing players into the game world, without excessive simplifications

i have a suggestion to your idea:

#

1 keep the body armor ammo kit and rescue kit just make them way harder to find

#

2 make it so you can only carry one utility item at a time( health kits, bandages, phalanx pills, etc)

#

3 reduce melee attacks range for all melee weapons

#

4 the more items you have the slower you get + the more item you have the less stamina you have.

#

the rest that you said i like

From a realism standpoint, a body armor restricts movement - even the lightest one weighs around 3 kg. Its effectiveness is greater against bullets than against blows or scratches.

The crate in the game looks bulky, and after unpacking, the total weight of all items is even higher. Carrying such a crate would be unrealistic. I propose a compromise: keep the crates, but only as static items on the map that players can find and use without carrying them around constantly.

Yes even better

I fully agree with all the other ideas

Keeping them as static item in the maps is better

#

My idea was that i thought keeping them in the game was better than just removing them

I'd like this as a difficult casual mode since there are no perks and crap

Thank you for supporting the topic.
I’d like to add to your thoughts.
I like the idea of killing zombies only with headshots. It was discussed earlier on the forum that 9mm and .22LR rounds should only kill after two hits, since they don’t have enough stopping power to instantly destroy the brain.

We should also reconsider limb damage:
