Tried using a bandage to heal a fellow responder since I have the Skilled Medic - Expert perk. Held E on the player till the progress bar was filled and went away but their health state did not change. Asked them as well and they said they weren't healed.
Not sure if the bug is exclusive to when you have that perk equipped and try to heal somebody but figured I'd mention it.

i dont think you can heal others with bandages. i think only medkits, but medkits heal to full. which means skilled medic is a selfish perk and the description should be changed.

im not sure but afaik you can only heal a fellow teammate if that team mate doesnt carry on his pack any bandages or medkits, but if any case he carries at least one, you cannot heal him, even you have the skilled medic perk **there is a new update im not sure if they have fix this problem, you might wanna try it again healing your team mate im positive its now fixed

hey, i may be ignorant askin this but... why heal him (of course, medic perk etc, excluding this) if you can just drop the bandage and carry on OR... protect him while he is healing?

It seems to prioritize healing with a medkit if you have one in your inventory but if you only have bandages (I give all my medkits to my team since with Medic Expert bandages heal you 70hp) the indicator will state you are healing with a bandage and it will also consume it. So if you can’t actually heal with bandages they definitely need to fix that and either let you heal with them or remove the prompt all together.

Was a nightmare run that was not going well and so we had very limited meds as is, he was pretty low judging by his nametag status and since with medic expert perk bandages heal 70hp vs the base 35 they are basically as good as a medkit, so I just followed behind and healed him while he carried an objective item, it was convenient and that way he doesn't have to burn through 2 of our dwindling supply of bandages or 1 whole entire medkit vs me just using 1 bandage.

thats weird it priortizes medkits>bandages. i've had times where i cant heal friend with bloodied name but could heal players. i just assumed it was buggy so i stopped healing other people.
