#A System for Gear Extracted

I think it would benefit runs if every piece of gear everyone brought out is rolled for everyone.
Example: A group brought out a 1911, a mp5, a fireaxe, bandages and a medkit. There's 3 survivors extracted and there's a chance that everyone rolls the items.

1 person would get the fireaxe, 1 would get 1911, and 1 would get the bandages, meaning the medkit and MP5 would not be given out. Not everyone gets the best stuff, but it keeps the hoarding down to what people actually want as well as only partially rewarding if someone snatched up a bunch of large weapons without sharing. It would also promote people sharing gear found more readily when they can't carry it, rather than just taking all the ammo they can find.

Basically the randomization of extracted loot is given out to each surviving member.

I just wanna keep something from a run, worked hard to get it. Lore doesnt make sense to strip everyone of their equipment and send them in for something so important (IE Powering up a power plant) I get it for balance don't give me everything, but gun and two mags should be enough. (Scavenge for the rest of the ammo and equipment)

Or an idea as well is pick like 2 or 3 pieces of gear you get to keep and add the rest to supplies.

A proficiency system related to weapons brought into multiple rounds. I'll even take a health system on a weapon that you have to repair.
Gear score determines the zombie spawn rate and match making with open lobbies. I've noticed experinecd players are more willing to co-operate and share gear.

That's the other thing I forgot to add, I wouldn't even mind if we didn't start with extra ammo, as long as we could bring a gun or melee weapon we extracted. If we lose it in a run, then it's lost, but at least we had the chance to keep something we earned through survival. And yeah, I was thinking the other way to do it is you could choose 1 item of what you extracted and the rest convert to supply (exp) for the whole team. Because if someone decides to bring a big rifle, you'd still have to find the ammo for it and have space for everything.

Or a pool of everyone's extracted gear, you all pick an item from it, and it randomly distributes one of them to a random player.

I think also, it could be that only you can use that piece of gear during future runs so people don't trade things around. If you drop it, only you can pick it back up,

But that's a stretch and I would still like at least my original post tuned how the devs could, if possible.

Yea it doesnt have to be Tarkov, but it would add to the longevity to have a loot system. I mean you have everything to make a nice extraction shooter. In Tarkov you just stand in one place and bloop you disappear into the nether. Here you get on a chopper/boat/train to extract. Everyone got a bit of Gollum in them.

Personally, I'd even be fine with the stuff we buy with credits just not being character locked and lost on death. I'm basically never going to use that system because of that; Why invest in a character that I am almost defiantly going to lose?
