Basically spears and throwing knives that come in a few varieties that can be thrown at zombies..spears do more damage while throwing knives can be thrown faster

Spears variants:wooden,stone,steel.

Throwing knife variants:throwing stars,regular throwing knives.

They can be found about anywhere and you can carry up to 5 throwing spears and 10 throwing knives

Maybe a crossbow in a gun store. And only one type of arrows I guess. It’s a co-op survival, not a sandbox game. And throwing knives irl is a really hard skill, and our survivors are common people, so it’s a bit strange to imagine random guy throwing knives at heads like a ninja lol

Eh you can throw weapons in the first game can't you? (hold g) the suggestion is about having a dedicated weapon for that i.e. a pack of throwing knives. They can be worse in damage kitchen knives but as a trade off.. quick to throw, potentially high damage, and they come in packs of let's say 4.

Plus it's badass to stick a knife in a Z's head and watch him ragdoll

And hey who knows maybe there could be soft skills like max health by healing alot, stamina by carrying alot, or in this case thrown weapon damage by doing it a shit ton.
