Those are our leveling system roles, you get them by joining voice chats, the more ppl the more xp, the more xp the higher level, and higher roles, everything is well explained in this channel :

Yea you will, here are the commands you'll need most,

$modifier to show how much xp and points you gain per 3 minutes + time left for next level up

$levelup to level up

$boxes to see boxes

$boxes boxname to open it, example :
$boxes common
And yes the bot gives you the xp automatically, the only thing you have to do manually is levelup and open the boxes you get on each levelup to different rank role
