Why is m! bot not working?

when I type m!play (song) it says started playing but that bot is notin my voice channel even when it is not full
no sound comes of song

Thats mean the bot in other channel also we don't have any responsibilty of this bot because its not from our community bots
also try to use /play if you want to use music bots.
