I think this is good for people that are trying to find people who are good at making stories, lore, scripts, etc.

For example: If u want someone to make stories, lore, script because u are not good at it, this could be a useful channel

It is, some people are just bad at making stories and needed someone to make it for them, they could give instructions on what they want, or request a whole new story from teir specified categories!

Thats why animation studios have writers, directors

#

Without them, they cant make a movie

Its considered a skill

I think this is cool. Plus games like Pressure or Regretevator have many writers so there is demand for it in good games. But I feel like those devs would just find writers elsewhere, not really HiddenDevs. But I could be wrong

If you suck at making stories, then modifying chatgpts result will make it worse

on a serious note, moderating and enforcing skill caps of this will be incredibly difficult.

Any violation can be reported no?

Yea but its a huge major risk anyways. Imagine if you get scammed because some guy made a terrible story or just used chat gpt or something, even if you report them and get them banned your money is still gone.

Is a skill! I'm a writer for a few games where one was nervous to hire me at first, but I got the spot anyways. Had to review their story and saw a lot of plotholes, and over-all characterization of characters were heavily just based on tropes rather making them their own unique dynamics.

I also have some kind of level of sensitivity when rewriting or rechecking over a few works—which I find some people do not have; one example was this team I'm in that wanted to make some dictatorship expansion, but the leader was a punk—which was conflicting considering Punk was an aggressive movement that denied corporate and capitalistic ideas, so forth so on.

Storymaking isn't just write this and that, it's being sensitive to what is being written, give the world more flavor through evocative narration, making sure characters stay interesting when either dynamic or static, etc... The list goes on, designing a narrative can do so much wonders to make your game more engaging than others

ChatGPT isn't honestly a reliable "helper" for stories, it mixes up things, gets your characters wrong, and when you ask it to write short fiction—it will always spew out some badly worded output that will always have some giveaway that you used AI
