I know this idea has been suggested before, but I still believe a channel like this should be added to HiddenDevs. It would make it much more convenient for people who are looking for a team — you wouldn't have to spend so much time tryin to find the perfect fit.
Also, many people want to join or form teams without havin to pay upfront, so a channel like this would help them connect with others who share the same interests and are passionate about the same game themes, etc.
Overall, I think it’s a very necessary addition.

The current hiring channels are fantastic for structured, often paid opportunities. But not everyone is looking to hire or get hired with money upfront. A lot of newer or independent developers are looking to connect based on shared ideas, long term passion projects, or non monetary goals like experience, PORTFOLIO building, or shared ownership. 😐

Experience and portfolio building do best through small, personal projects, not trying a large or medium-scale team/passion project project.

We also had this feature a good few years ago. Removed because people were idiots and chose to promise things they physically could not provide, thus resulting in scams. 😐
