Literally the only good thing that other discord servers have on this one is the misc hiring channels. It will help me and tons of other developers make games and find the right people.

Why don't you support managers, voice actors, balancers, discord server creators etc.? I feel it'll really improve this server. I highly doubt it will still receive 0 posts now.

Managers, balancers, and server creators aren’t recognized partly because it is impossible for us to accurately assess someone’s skill when they apply for a role.
The other part is that it’s generally considered that the game creator/hirer is managing their own team and making their server, while their employees have at least some knowledge of balancing their own mechanics

Ah I see, do you know of any servers where I can find those besides rodevs? I can't seem to find anyone. On games I've worked on designated discord server creators, balancers, etc. were a major part in its success and I don't think I can create a big game without it.

The thing is I just don't have the time to do all of that. I do have those skills, but I'm unable to put the time for multiple games. I have to update a 15k ccu game weekly and need managers, creators, balancers, etc. in order to expand towards more games.

This is a completely useless statement. For example, a tower Defense owner who scripts needs balancers because they have to do the scripting and not waste their time on the other stuff.
I think misc hiring would be good, not a hireable but a hiring section would be good.
Don’t make misc skill roles, but misc hiring could be quite useful.
As well, HiddenDevs has grown a lot in a year, and I think now a misc hiring section would be good.
