Well then I guess there technically IS an application, but guaranteed nobody checks that as helper management doesn't have access to that. The only way to become a helper is to get recognized by a representative or to make a ticket asking to become a helper
Representatives are the managers for helpers so to become a helper you have to get in contact with one

I think you misread my message. Reps couldn't just create a helper role themselves. Only Dav or an admin could do that. I was just saying that in general I was wrong when I said there wasn't an app to be a helper in general
