#code-help should be linked to a thread instead of making it like free chatting, becuase people dont take it seriously and won't actually help. they just talk in there like its chat and very rarely help.

it is frustrating on my end seeing the channels in the state they are. personally, idgaf if they're off topic UNTIL someone comes in chat and if they ask for help, they get legitimate help. after that is handled yea sure go back to memes or whatever..
