Both of these positions are becoming more previlent in the roblox development community.

With the rise of realistic games and really big projects Managment and Texturing postions are becoming more and more needed by the day. With the removal of the misc channel there is really no place to look for / present your skills in these areas.

Can't speak for a “management” channel, but texturing (for 3D work) is discussed in #modeling since it's usually in relation to 3D modeling

#

2D texturing is also in #2d-graphics

#

Project management could go into #dev-discussion but you probably want something more formal or separate?

#

Also have to consider how many project managers are actually in the server and if the channel would be actively used or used enough

#

To hire texturers, #modeler-hiring and #graphics-hirable are available, but to hire a project manager is sort of considered as hiring staff afaik and not a developer, which isn't allowed in the marketplace

Ive seen a fair share of projects going up in flames due to the owner not being able to coordinate a team of devs.

#

Most people who want to make games dont know how to develop.

#

They think they can throw a couple hundies at some devs and a full game will pop out of it.

For larger projects proper stucture and managment is key.

#

Having somone who can coordinate a team of devs to work together efficently is quite important in my opinion.
