This user played and enjoyed my game for over a week. After saying multiple times that the game looked fine, they suddenly demanded a refund. Now they’re trying to get me banned.

The problem is, if I issued a refund, they could easily keep a copy of the game, which is extremely unfair and likely what they’d try to do. Based on how they’ve acted, I don’t consider them trustworthy.
