Also, if you'd like to report anyone else who may have been falsely approved for a skill role or approved long time ago, you may do so by creating an Application Ticket using /ticket command and mentioning their Discord User IDs with adequate evidence of their portfolio, etc. It's not practical to re-review everyone who has a skill role. And best not to compare with someone else, rather your own self; only then you can improve as a UI/UX Designer. It is fairly simple to get Interface Designer skill role by creating and submitting 3 interface design examples that are decent (any style is fine - realistic/ modern/ sci-fi, medieval/ fantasy, cartoony/ simulator-based) but still each example must encompass visual appeal, user experience, padding and spacing, complexity and detailing, effects and decorations, etc. as per the Application Rules.

They do also get a permanent scam record on our website which is publicly available information. If you're hiring someone, probably a good idea to check and see if they have any records of being a scammer. If they do have one, maybe don't hire them
Our team is going as fast as we can to handle reports which can take days or weeks, so we just ask that you be patient and we'll get to you as soon as possible

UI also seems pretty subjective to me in general. With code you can actually just look and see if code is written somewhat nicely according to a set of guidelines. UI is different. So I'm imagining each reviewer has their own kind of standards on top of the ones shown on the rules page.

I understand your frustrations and you may ask for clarification on your denial reasons but attacking the people who review your applications won't get you anywhere.

Having a different genre doesn't limit our ability to accurately review an application and we have seen a plethora of different ways to go about making UI. Some fundamental principles that I felt made your UI less appealing are (or lack):
Choice Overload:
The tendency for people to get overwhelmed when they are presented with a large number of options, often used interchangeably with the term paradox of choice.
Chunking:
A process by which individual pieces of an information set are broken down and then grouped together in a meaningful whole.
Cognitive Load:
The amount of mental resources needed to understand and interact with an interface.
Hick’s Law:
The time it takes to make a decision increases with the number and complexity of choices.
Law of Similarity:
The human eye tends to perceive similar elements as a complete picture, shape, or group, even if those elements are separated.
