My hiring post got rejected, because as payment method I specified "Per-Task", and as payment amount, I specified 5000 USD.
They rejected saying I need to change the payment method to "Upon-Completion", when I very clearly, and very visibly, specified in the post description, that the payment is given in milestones, upon completion of each task (milestone).
I can't specify a per-task payment amount, because quite obviously, the payment amount depends on the size of the task, which is why I wrote the payment for the whole project - 5000 USD, and said that the payment method was Per-Task, which was completely true.
This rejection of the post was incredibly dumb, and makes me wonder, how many good jobs like this get rejected for such dumb reasons, and as a result the hiring channel gets filled with projects offering 100 USD at best for a full game.

This is one example of denied post. I already made a higher price post (even though I did not want to raise the price) and got the task done by someone so I am not going to file a ticket but I dont think it is fair that a certain staff arbitrarily deny posts because their personal preference. The price per animation in the post is $5 which is aligned with the price list and the animation I am asking for is very standard and most are super simple animations. I understand the channel sets a min price to help developers but it is also not fair to let someone randomly deny posts to let hirer to pay more. This particular staff randomly denied 3 of my posts and forced 2 of them to raise price and I ended up paying double of what I was planning to pay. Everytime a lot of people DMed me which means the price is too high.
