Things to look for:

Does the portfolio have multiple usernames and different styles of work?

When was the discord account created?

When was the roblox account created, and can it be verified by joining a game or modifying the bio?

Does the user speak in "Broken English"? If so chances are they can't script/program, or use English language software such as blender in the "portfolio" they sent.

Reverse search all images and video thumbnails with Google images or tineye

Can the user answer basic questions in under 10 seconds about the work they do? Such as scripting questions, blender features, etc (you can google these yourself to flashcard them)

Does the user have alternative payment methods? If they only accept PayPal or CashApp chances are they aren't 18+. Personally I always pay with direct wire transfers or crypto currency.

yooo! so wondering, someone asked me to do 20 models for them, to which i agreed upon, at 80,
4 $ each
i made 6 for them, 24$ and then they decided that 20 models wasnt the actual amount and that it was more and then want around 36 for 80 dollars, i said no, and they want a refund,
which im happy to do, they payed $40, i am keeping the 24$ for the models i have done which ive sent and theyve approved of, and $6 for my wasted time and their hostility,
refunding then $10, am i in my right to give them a partial refund that way in accordance to HD scam tickets? or do they require a refund on anything that i havent worked on, disregarding my time?

@stone flax You are not required to refund any payment for the work agreed on which they have also received. However, incomplete work shall be refunded. Keeping a certain amount of value for ‘time wasting’ shall be avoided, as we would handle scams differently.

Generally it is an offence, to change an agreed deal without both sides agreeing to that change. According to what you described, a scam is given here so please create a ticket.
