Terrain is an art in and of it's self it requires a skill of sculpting and attention to little details if making a good playing area. Terrain is very difficult especially for those who know nothing about it and is a difficult thing to learn. If you are a terrain artist you have a panel of abilities and some people can truly make due with what they have. Terrain art doesn't just stop at the terrain tab however you also need to incorporate nature meaning you have actual knowledge of how nature would work in the environment you are creating.

I got into terrain 2-3 years ago and I have worked very hard on it and I still have not fully learned how to make not only visually appealing work but also gameplay smooth terrain. It is a difficult thing to do and frankly a very impressive thing if you take into account the amount of difficulties you have to deal with with lag.

Practice
While finding a good tutorial is hard to come across a great way to practice is to looks up an image of an area of real life terrain and try to recreate it as accurately as you can. I did it and I have made some pretty beautiful things.

Hi, you just need to provide the link to your portfolio containing interface design examples, not link to each interface design example separately. That is why you only have 1 input box wher eyou have to put only 'one' URL to your portfolio/ online gallery, in this case - Artstation. Background GFX or images (not made by you but commercially free to use) are allowed to be used as part of your UI/UX Designer, however use of any free/ unoriginal/ plagiarized icons and vectors are strictly prohibited as mentioned in the Application Guidelines. Right now in your portfolio, I can see serval unoriginal icons and vectors being used as part of your interface designs. So, please ensure that you create your own icons andd vectors from scratch (100% original) and only use them as part of your interface designs.
