Sounds like you probably need like a builder (some builders will do some modelling for builds as well if needed but you may need to hire a modeller), a scripter, and possibly audio (and the GFX stuff).

What I sometimes do is if I am unsure on how much to choose as the payment I will check in the hireable channels (#1138050011909853266) and just see what people are putting themselves up for.

1. the marketplace is intended fo commission work, not long term position hiring (but it is allowed)

2. you really ought to not be paying a salary, it doesnt align with how roblox development works

pay your devs for how much they output

setup a list of tasks, and on the side put the payment for each

let them choose what they wish, and pay them accordingly
