it’s actually pretty simple,
i didn’t draw every tile, i made a perspective grid so everything goes toward one point, then filled it with a few dark teal shades so it feels random
the main thing is the lighting; i added a soft glow/reflection down the middle and blurred parts of the floor so it looks shiny instead of sharp
so it’s basically,
perspective + simple color blocks + blur + light reflections
that’s what makes it look detailed
