one thing that could make it even better is maybe simplifying it a bit so the main focus stands out more... right now there are a lot of elements all fighting for attention like keffv1 said. you could try making the main portrait a bit bigger and maybe tone down or soften some of the background stuff like the fireworks so the player becomes the clear focus. also maybe tweak the lighting and color grading a little so all the cutouts match the same tone more, it would make the whole piece feel more cohesive :)

I would recommend going with colours which match each other, in a way where everything is in harmony. And try to not leave any empty spaces, follow a ratio! And try your best to use brushes which are synonymous with each other instead of using a variety one (because when you use brushes made for a more realistic art style, your art tends to look less cartoonish and presentable when it’s supposed to be a cartoonish one).
