blender is free, and you dont need photoshop to add a stroke. Affinity is another good alternatives

and if you dont know how to model or add a stroke, watch a tutorial or just start creating.

its actually less complicated than you think, models are just blocks on blocks. and adding a stroke isnt particularly difficult either
