But I did give it a quick check and I genuinely think you're just doing TOO much. " UI, Watermark, Icons, Vectors, Thumbnails, Logos" That's way too much to be handling for someone with 8 months experience, I suggest you turn your focus on the things you do best and keep training them

And maybe learn some techniques to improve those skills

I’ve done that in the past as well. Turns out my content got worse when I just stuck with one idea. It’s best to sketch out many ideas like 20 or more then show the client which they like best or what best fits their business.
