the head is looking a little small, its a common issue when drawing this perspective. id start by making the head slightly larger. additionally theres some really head to read spots, your hands, around they eyes and bangs. even with sketches you want to clean it up as much as possible, you dont want messy unconfident lines scattered. itll make lineart so much more difficult, or in general reading the piece. you're in a really good direction, theres just some things you need to fix! :D

at what stage are you? Have you learned to draw characters in basic forms yet?

To learn anatomy I would recomend that as the first step

then after that, or together with it you choose, you should look into gestures

after doing both of these, anatomy will be the cherry on top! But overall, for good character art just that will give you a great drawing

I started with gestures and then anatomy, I wouldn't recommend LOL
I saw the biggest improvement learning to simplify my characters inside cubes and boxes! That way you learn to rotate everything and doing dynamic poses or poses in perspective will be much easier
