when u exaggerate one thing u need to do it for the rest, like how uve made the chest massive the shoulders should be somewhat proportional to accommodate that size, the neck may be too long but i see what u were going for. This parts just a personal opinion i think uve made his face way too thin or it seems that way because of the neck

so the parts that would be on the back would be darker

the shirts plain theres no shading or depth or wrinkles whatsoever. i suggest adding more seam details to it since its a uniform. the placement of "ryan" isnt ideal bc its right next to the main part of the collar which isnt realistic and is typically near the left/right upper midarea of the chest. the neckhole for the collar is nonexistent cuz its colored in. i can also barely see the collar so i recommend using a more contrastive blue. since its pretty simple id suggest adding some noise/clothing material texture to make it pop more. if ur going for a hardlined style i highly recommend going heavy on the details with linework bc it doesnt focus on shading mostly.
as for the pants its basically pitch black and i see that some of the linework is a lighter color. nothing wrong with that but id recommend going in a more dark grey base color bc different materials have different black pigments (idk how to explain it they act differently in materials) so that ur pant details can be seen with the darker linework. when uploading the template on roblox the clothing gets darker for some reason which is why i advise using a dark grey so it doesnt become a pitch black on the catalog. im out rn so i cant make a full on critique but here ya go π
