ok so, add some kind of other textures around your character, like vignette style ok so it focus more the attencion, then add a glow below the avatar i can see you have it rn but maby a bit more. then yea add even a pattern below the effects since even he has it like in the screenshot below, then just group it ( assuming you use photoshop ) then render it out then use camera raw, fix the colors ecc ( i suggest adding vignette here ), then you copy that layer, in the new layer blur it with gussian, and put the blending mode to color doge or linear doge ( add ) and then add some other effects like blur in the edges ecc...
if you want i can try to do it for you. but if you want to learn how to do thoose graphics then if you do it yourself its better
