It's an SVG file but when I make it fit Roblox's logo size (256x265), it just makes it look like this

you dont have to do it in exact 256x256, you can do it in 1000x1000 or any setting, when you are done and uploaded the image to roblox, roblox will automatically rescale the logo to 256x256

sorry this is like days later of a response, this is really nice, but it seems you're having difficulty grasping how things will look at certain angles

it looks like you're going for an artstyle thats more grounded in realism, so to help with your proportions you can cross-reference with reference photos of real people, and as an exercise you can try and break down their facial structures into simpler shapes to understand the proportions better (im not the biggest expert on this myself considering my artstyle is much more cartoonish but its a good place to start - just try not to stress about things looking perfect on your first go)

there are a lot of tutorials for understanding facial/bodily structure better on the internet as well, they may not have the exact style you're looking to emulate, but you can always work on translating it to your own style as you go

me personally, ive got a pinterest file full of things i keep as art/posing references so i have something to look back on if im ever stumped while trying to figure out a pose

Well the biggest thing is how would this look if it were small like a thumbnail. You're not gonna be reading that small text.

Lots of small things here and there too, if you want things to pop, add some variety to the color for contrast. Maybe a more dynamic camera shot by scaling everything up and rotating a bit. Blur the outsides (?) The little action lines aren't angled properly and look too simple. Stuff like that
