1. Either he is busy, but if he seems to be online in Discord, it must be the reason 2.
2. He doesn't have the money to pay/doesn't want the product.

I didn't use the tutorial as I saw the video long back when I first started. The client provided the video as a reference of what he wanted. So I had to hand draw the flames and then I used my creativity to make it exact to what the reference was.

And yea in the video he just did cut and paste the letters and the flames so I don't think it would have been worth it... like why shall I?
