The brush strokes are really muddy, dont be afraid to add bold strokes to give it more definition

Same goes with the colors

Its really muddy and there’s not a lot of contrast, darken the shadows especially the one at the neck

Don’t have anything to really demonstrate what you can do but try referring to Angel Ganev

He does some really great breakdowns and where to improve your artwork without changing the style too much

You can even shoot your shot and literally post your artwork in his server and he might just pick you to do the job for you
