its not too hard for me, i just use a very high stabilizer since i have shaky hands
the only problem i have is a lack of line weight because of the lack of drawing tablet but i could always just go in with an eraser if i wanted line weight

Very basic, not a whole lot to be said, though for future Id recommend taking a look at all sorts of game icons and see what they do. A game icon should be able to give the person an idea/taste of what the game is. Based off your game icon I can only guess its maybe dodgeball or something revolved around a red ball. In short, try to incorporate more what the game is within the game icon.
