take a font you want, write it, draw a sword, erase the letter so the sword will stay in place, put some effects above the sword, a star in the middle of the O, the game in Japanese at the bottom on the left side and the second name or subtitle of the game on the right

If you want the one at the bottom, just put the text in 3D or perspective mode, put it in a gradient color, and give a little detail to the effect on top of the sword

and in the letters at the bottom left and right, set the edges of the gradient color
