your characters dont fit in with the background, they look like their floating yk; more over your text does not fit in the box, the alignment is wrong, the icons are not of the same quality, the characters have excessive outerglow and inner glow, the faces dont lign up perfectly with the characters.

It's actually amazing for your first thumbnail, but there's things you should work on improving before you start selling

If you think about it, spending 1-2 hours on a thumbnail just to get 250 robux isn't worth it

more worth it to spend a couple hours learning what sells better, and selling that

First off, your gun is just purely grey, whereas the gun in the reference is brightly coloured, so that's why It might look different, you can try to manually paint in the parts with bright colors, as long as it's not purely clickbait.

Second, fill in the empty spaces within your gun, with black.

next, do a camera raw filter and mess around with the exposure, saturation and vibrance.

You can also fix the background and make it a more contrasting color, for it to look better;
Or add background overlays to achieve what you were aiming for.

Add a cleaner dropshadow which is continous, and make sure the gun is sized correctly and takes up around 50-60% of your composition, also turning it so that it's placed diagonally would help.
