Hello there! Starting off there is some kind of cohesive colour scheme going on here which I feel is a nice touch avoiding that chaos some people tend to have. The current overlays don't really compliment your overall design, perhaps that's because they aren't implemented well enough or overall just don't fit. I would recommend exploring more overlay options and references as well so you can refine whatever you have going on here.

While the pose itself isn't terrible the inclusion of the white chair and iPhone should probably be reconsidered. These elements overall could like yk detract from the focal point of your GFX. If you were to keep in the iPhone I would definitely shrink it down a bit because as mentioned before it's a bit large in scale. The lighting also could benefit from some improvements as well ^^

First off I would start by not using those presets, lots of people use them and it makes ur GFX look like every other one. When you are doing a pfp (I'm assuming that is a pfp?) you don't want the character to sit, lay, etc on anything. you want the character to be the main focus of the GFX. The phone is also way too big, u would want to size the phone down to the size of his head. The pose is also stiff, I would recommend using pose references also!!
