The sparkles kind of confuse me tho, they aren't really random. Some follow a gradual slope and some dont. If you were looking for anything to do I'd say randomize the sparkles on each corner like you had before but have them surrounding the furthest point of your spikes in a randomized but purposeful way.

looks rly nice! here's a critique if u want it
||the features are assymetrical, the eye on the left is droopier than the one on the left, and the lips seem scewed to that side as well despite the facial muscles not necessarily indicating it's purposefully being stretched that way. the jawline is also assymetrical despite being a front view. the torso shape is a little confusing and your shoulders seem to be out of place, they're low/ascew. it seems like you drew the clothing without having sketched the body underneath first, which can make it anatomically confusing.

your colours are nice! they're dull but i think you did the washed-out look well, and it looks entirely stylistic rather than a mistake, so i commend u on that! your tones on the skin are nicely blended and ur shadows look nice, especially the nose!!!

the hair does look like hair, but it seems like u weren't 100% sure where the detail should go, particularly with the shading. it works fine, but if u wanted to clean it up/make it way more readable, definind clusters of hair to shadw and highlight can rly help with a more convincing shape.

last thing is the neck of the sweater's volume is a little confusing, it does look puffy like a turtleneck but the puffiness is kind of unclear? im not sure how to explain it, but the neck looks like a donut shaped necklace-y collar, rather than a soft fabric bunched around the base of the neck
