PayPal for digital items is very complex @upbeat sonnet Normally when it comes to sending things out and stuff like that it's 90/10 for the buyer unless it's done on like a service side of things. Someone can ask for art work and get a refund due to not having "Tracking" on it or just saying that they didn't like it, so you'll have to have super detailed terms on your payments & have confirmation on the buyers end that it's 100% confirmed on their part they approved of it. The only thing that honestly will set it back mainly are chargebacks for unauthorized payments

But yeah there's a grace period for payments if you're not getting in enough orders coming in which was annoying to deal with, either the buyer has to confirm on their end to PayPal they got the order or straight up having to wait for whatever amount of time they give you
