For me, the further you draw, the more demotivated you become, you will doubt if it's good and wonder if you should redo the drawing.
There are many drawings that I never managed to finish.
But I got over it and improved then.
I learned something from that, that is:
"Always finish what you started, no matter how bad it is"
Basically, don't be afraid to draw a bad art.

Very quickly, but you'll understand it a bit hopefully. So when you have an arm reaching down or crunched in you wanna make sure the full length of an arm isn't made, you wanna have a bend to it when you're drawing it. The other thing is not having the arm reach upwards when it's on like a table or something like that so it doesn't look like it's just "Pasted"
Suppppper quick with the mouse, but all you have to do is honestly just remove your line art for the arm & just make a new layer and sketch it out a bit and see what looks the best with the angle you have there

Great question to ask! I have a little bit of time free so let me tell you how I'd go about improving in order:
1. I know this is a bit general but work on your anatomy, what I'm going to tell you is to focus on the main body first, from the looks of it you seem to have put most of your time in trying to learn hands, eyes and lips, just focus on the main placement of thing and what simple shapes the body is created of, TikTok 30s videos about how to do this or that don't help.
2. Great rendering on the clothes, although you seem to make it airtight everywhere, sometimes fabric just flows, it's not always ON the skin, try drawing flowy dresses and oversized hoodies, great practice.
3. Think about the character before drawing it, their character and how they act, a harmless character will have a much different vibe than a dangerous one.
4. Adding onto the first point, try to make the facial expression convey a story in your drawing, or at least gives us an insight to to the character's personality and emotions currently.
5. I could tell you tips on how to improve this exact drawing but it won't help you much with other pieces, one thing I can tell you though is pay attention to the hand orientation, the hand on this drawing is inverted.

it doesnt have to show the cursor moving as you hover or anything
because your entire screen is mapped out by the tablet

As others have said, have to work on the contrast a bit and decrease the effects JUST a little, it looks pretty cool but at a certain point you lose detail.
