I have try it for 10 times , before yesterday can use but now is always loading . Never start with the games.

Reinstall

Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
Restart your PC.
Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:

C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Wand

Unfortunately, this issue is likely coming from your PC or network side. Everything loads and transfers correctly on our end. I’d recommend checking your network firewall to see if the new app is being blocked, and also checking if your antivirus is flagging any of the app’s files. You can also try turning on a VPN to see if that resolves the issue.

Can you please try using a VPN to see if it makes any difference? Unfortunately, this issue isn’t coming from our end something on your network is blocking the Wand app and preventing the trainers from downloading.

Have you been able to check your firewall settings to confirm that nothing is being blocked? Additionally, have you tried restarting your system since this occurred?
