Still not working? Do a clean reinstall:
- Uninstall Wand
- Delete these folders:
- C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
- C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
- Restart your PC
- Download fresh from https://wand.com/download

You are using an outdated version of the app.
You will need to uninstall it and remove any wemod related folders behind.
No sorry, I am currently not in my office and out with the family. Do you see the cloudfare box?

Have you restarted your PC as mentioned in the instructions? Also, have you tried using a VPN to change your location and then starting the app to see if Cloudflare appears?
Unfortunately, I’m fairly limited in the support I can provide right now, but if Cloudflare isn’t showing on the login page, that would explain why you’re unable to log in.

i have now deleted all vpn and restarted my computer
and it still doesnt work
I have just googled cloudflare, and i can see that they even have an data center here in Denmark wher i live, so if we dont support it, that would be very wierd
Can you visit the Wand website and sign in? I can't recall if the website uses Cloudflare, but itd be a good test.
Another thing to try would be disabling anti-virus for the Wand app.

Both have cloudflare. If you do not see the cloudflare widget you should reinstall the app

and changes the password

This is the current login screen. If you have anything else you have an old version of the app installed still.
then how do i uninstall i correct
- Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
- Find and delete these folders:
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
-C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand - Restart your PC.
- Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download
Same steps for the old wemod folders if they are still there.
