Hi, when I try to log in to the app, I get an error message, even though I can log in to the website just fine.
I've already tried resetting my password.
Can you help me, please?

@ashen ether You are on a old client, You will need to reinstall the app.

Reinstall
  1. Use Add or Remove Programs or Control Panel to uninstall Wand.
  2. Find and delete these folders:
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Local\Wand
    -C:\Users\Your_Name\AppData\Roaming\Wand
  3. Restart your PC.
  4. Reinstall Wand by downloading from: https://wand.com/download

Similar steps but look for "Wemod" instead of wand.
