so i installed total war shogun 2 and launched it but no mod was running in the background, OR maybe i didnt launch it on outside of wemod so, any helps and tricks would be really appericated!

keep in mind i launched a 32 bit

Try opening the game directly first. Load your game and wait until you are fully in the game world. Once everything is loaded, click the Play button in WeMod.
