I just checked, and the trainer was tested recently. The testers didn’t find any issues, so it won’t be updated at this time. If you haven’t already, try launching the game from Ubisoft first. Once you’re able to move your character in-game, switch to WeMod, click Play, and then try using the mods again.

The test passed on Steam as well. Did you activate the mods after entering the game world? Also, there's a reminder that the mods must be disabled before entering or exiting the animus.
