Support request: overlay troubleshoot

So basically the program is unable to detect Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet. Even when I try to choose the .exe files (I've tried SAOFB_Launcher.exe, SAOFB,exe and
SAOFB-Win64-Shipping.exe, none of them worked) the game just opens, and sometimes an error saying "couldn't find the running game" or Steam initialization failed"
Here are the results:

It's possible that your antivirus software is causing interference. Try whitelisting or adding exceptions for the following folders:
- C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\WeMod

  • C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\WeMod

Could you try verifying the game files on Steam first? Go to your Library, right-click the game, then select Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files. Once that’s done, set Steam to offline mode before launching the game.

# jaunty holly Could you try verifying the game files on Steam first? Go to your Library, right...

Results:
When I try to start with the SAOFB_Launcher.exe: Steam initialization error

SAOFB.exe: it starts the game, but I get the "We are having trouble finding the running game"

SAOFB-Win64-Shipping.exe: Same as SAOFB.exe

The problem is (in my opinion): My WeMod is unable to detech Sword Art Online: FB at all. I don't know what results in this, but WeMod just doesn't see my Sword Art Online: FB. It is a legit copy from Steam aswell.

Can you manually add it by following these instructions:

Click Add game.
Click Add game manually.
Select the correct platform where you purchased your game, then drag and drop the game’s executable (exe) onto the given location or click Add game exe and select it from the finder window.
For example:
C:\Program Files\Epic Games\[Game Name]

Some issues are often resolved by reinstalling WeMod. Could you try following these steps?

it still doesn't automatically detect SAO: FB

I've tried uninstalling sao fb multiple times aswell as changing the directory (example: E/ disc to C/ Disc to back to E/ disc)

Could you share your game’s Build ID with us? You can find it by right-clicking the game in your Steam Library, selecting Properties, then going to the Updates section.
