Cities: Skylines II money editing does not work for me. But every other cheat does. Can anyone help me with it?

Please try disabling the Overlay and see if that resolves the issue.
Also, have you tried spending any money after you activated the Unlimited money mod?

my money was negative and i was losing money. i think problem might be the mod only works when you gain money, not when it changes. because i tried using infinite xp, and it gives you money when you level up then the edit money worked

Just to clarify, when you activated the Unlimited Money mod, was your in-game money already negative at that point? And instead of increasing, the money is decreasing when you are using it?

yes my money was negative and decreasing, btw i am talking about cities skylines2 title may confuse you

and the mode was "edit money" not "unlimited money"
